Cmdr Ashian: Your work after the Big Step

J: Well, you threw that in at the last minute!  Can you explain what you mean when you say that after the Big Step, Light workers will be doing “more of the same”?

A: Dear hearts, we would be delighted to discuss this further. 

The role of Light workers on this planet, at this time, is that of alchemising the darkness that has been driven so deep into the ground, so deep into your psyches, so deep into your bodies that it is even calcified in your bones.

Transforming darkness into light, that is what you do.

That role will not change but… a child in school learns that maths is 2+2=4 and then they move on to very complex maths when they are in university, like Euler’s Identity. They are always learning about maths - even if the nuance and expression of it changes so as to become unrecognisable - the fundamental process, the revealing of mathematical universal truths, is always the same.

So too it is with Light workers: you are revealing the light.  We could break this process down into three aspects:

1.      1. Clear the darkness

2.      2. Expand the light, through the expression of your authentic self and the exploration of your deepest joys and talents

3.      3. Provide tools that assist others to amplify the light

These three aspects flow differently through each light worker, and each one of you holds a different balance which changes over time.  For example, most of you are currently deeply in the process of clearing the darkness.  Society, through its current accelerated awakening, is moving into the expansion of its light as more people are beginning to express their authentic selves.

As Gaia moves beyond the clearing, cleansing process, as the light on your planet increases because the darkness has been alchemised, you will see the Golden Age emerge more.  As you expression of your deepest joys and talents, as you share this vibration and these tools, you will create exponential light, expressing more directly, the ever expanding joy/love/truth of divine source energy consciousness.

J: It seems obvious when you say it like that!

A: Because it is!  Its simplicity is its elegance.  But as will all things, simple is not always easy; yet both simplicity and clarity are good indicators of Truth.

J: There’s a question I’ve been meaning to ask, I get lots of joint pains and bone pain.  Are these symptoms, like ‘ascenion flu’, part of the clearing of the darker energies from our bones

A: Yes, these are energies that have been, quite literally, drilled into humanity through the millennia since the last Golden Age.  These untruths have taken on physical density, carbonised within humans and within Gaia herself. 

The movement from carbon to crystalline is the shedding of that darkness, that carbonised, internalised distortion.  You have always had access to your light, as that is your Truth, your divine essence, but it has been well hidden from you.  

Imagine that you were a great light and that light was reflected back at you, to blind you... your power was used against you, literally blinding you to your own light.  Now that you are in the ascension process, you are alchemising the darkness, the heaviness and your light, your divinity, is once again becoming obvious to you and to all.

J: Thanks Ashian. It seems like you’re on a roll today!  I want to stop there because I feel like you’re going to overwhelm me with information I can’t understand: you just brought me to a thing called Euler’s Identity!  Enough for now!

A: Indeed!  Thank you.

J: It’s my poor little brain’s pleasure!

Cmdr Ashian: What to do before the Big Step

Ashian: There is much change afoot.  

The challenge is that while most of you can feel it, most of you cannot see it.  Yet.  The next Big Step is very close.  

There are those who will react in fear, but you, our light sisters and brothers - though you may experience temporary overwhelm - will find the next phase reassuring.  

J: That's an odd word to use for such a terrible unveiling (at least that's how I see it).

A: It will reassure you that the plan is on track.  That you are moving forwards, towards a clear goal that you have always felt and known in your beingness.

There is a feeling of 'hollowness' that we perceive among many of the lightworker family.  Allow us to explain what this is.  

At present there is a convergence occurring.  

The changes you wish to see can only manifest in tangible form when a certain vibration has been achieved.  There was a tipping point for this vibrational alignment achieved a while ago; once the collective energy reached this point, it was guaranteed you would be able to attain the frequency you require for the Big Step.

What is currently happening is like a washing machine, or a drier, that is spinning frantically, getting faster and faster as the momentum grows, leaving space inside while the washing is stuck to the edges of the barrel.  

Light workers' vibration levels are growing exponentially.  You are 'sucking in' much of the psychic and emotional dross that has not yet been cleared by humanity, in order to make the transition after the Big Step, easier for those who are currently still snoozing.

This is exhausting work.  We understand that the lightworker family is bone tired, that many of you don't sleep, that you have financial troubles, health worries, family concerns, and that on top of all this, you are working emotionally and psychically overtime.  It is no wonder you are exhausted and feeling empty.

This work, this energetic transformation, needs to be done 'in form', as a human.  That is why it cannot be done by the Galactics, though we help as much as we are allowed to, in line with Divine Law.

You are about to turn the corner.  It will give you reassurance that you are doing what you are here to do, being who you are here to be.  Yes, it will cause - and force - a great many changes, but these changes have already been planned in minute detail; from the most unknown one of you to the most famous among you, no-one is invisible to us or unassisted in these times.

Many of you will have noticed the increased focus on personal care among channels and wise ones.  Take care of yourselves, your bodies, in any way you can.  Your physical vessels are undergoing immense transformation, while also working tirelessly with you to uplift and transform Gaia and all humanity.

J: To be honest, we are just rehashing the words you have said so often before.  I don't mean to be rude, but 'keep going' is hard to hear when so many are so utterly exhausted.

A: It is still required.  You still need to care for and nurture yourselves.  

It is still required, so that you will have the strength in the last stage of the marathon you are running.  You have all come this far, but the hardest is perhaps still to come, as there will be a massive energetic shift on the planet, which will create massive energetic shifts within all beings.  

These energetic changes need to be normalised, adapted to, so that you can comfortably hold them within your bodies.  This is energetic work at Olympic level, not high school level.

So take excellent care of your sweet selves.

J: I understand.  It would just be more exciting to get something glossy, rather than repeating the same old information.  We humans like new and shiny! 

A: Then it may disappoint you to know that after the Big Step, you will be doing the same work as you are now!

J: Brilliant!  Thanks for that!

A: However, it will take on a whole new depth and dimension.  But for now, focus on keeping as upbeat as you can, honouring the feelings that bring you down ... when you feel those uncomfortable, ugly feelings by noticing them and accepting them - you don't have to find their root in your childhood, just let them know you have seen them, that is enough to clear them. 

J: Sincerely, all joking aside, thank you.

A: We are always with you.  Any of you who need us, need only call upon us and we are with you.

J: That is good to know.  Thanks Ashian.

Sula: Be you. Be honest. Be imperfect.

Sula:  Be you.  Be honest.  Be open.  Be imperfect.    

Authenticity and integrity are of great importance at present.  

When the illusion falls apart, when the glossy paint is chipped and everyone finally sees that behind the façade there was so much ugliness and pain, your honesty will become very important. 

No one has it all together at present.  What true leaders do have is a lack of glossy paint.  They are not a perfect image, they are a perfect heart.

A perfect heart is not a heart that has never been hurt, offended or broken.  A perfect heart is a heart that has been torn apart by life and, rather than becoming hardened, it has softened. 

A perfect heart allows its scars to be its beauty.  It allows its despair to create its compassion. 

A perfect heart embraces honesty over appearance, it values compassion and forgiveness over preaching.

None of you need to be perfect. 

The degree to which you can own your journey is the degree to which you have achieved self-mastery.  If you can have compassion for yourself, forgiveness for yourself, then you have compassion and forgiveness to share with others.

Nothing matters more than how you treat yourselves and how you treat others.  When you honour your journey, you move into acceptance of others and their journeys.

As the walls continue to crumble on the inner realms, the true story of your planet will emerge in the outer realms.  This will devastate many, and there will be nothing you can say that can take away their shock and pain.

This is the dark night of the soul that humanity must pass through, a collective rite of passage.

What you can do is to be a light in the darkness.  Because you have already walked this path, you know the pain, the despair, the incredulity.  You can listen to these extremely uncomfortable emotions without judgment or fear.   

Your ability to honour the pain of humanity – whether it is just one or two family members or many more – will create the healing that bridges the 3D into the 5D.

At a certain point, humanity’s focus will move from the pain and shock of the past to healing the present and creating the future, a new future that holds the codes of heaven on earth. 

You are the pioneers, the teachers, the super heroes of your times.

As the veils fall, your respective strengths will emerge organically.  You will know how you can best contribute to the emotional and spiritual clearing, as well as the physical rebirth and recreation of a new society built on love, joy, creativity, self expression. 

You are soon to witness the birth of human kind into the new age. 

J: Thank you Sula.  So, in preparation, what can we do right now?

S: Find in your heart that injury that you cannot forgive.  The person that you pretend you have forgiven, but you know that you have not.; the event that you would never wish to experience again, ever.

That is your advanced learning curriculum.   

Forgive yourself for being in that situation.  Send love and compassion to that ‘you’, in that moment, in the aftermath.  Keeping affirming that your presence in that moment of your life was fulfilling a higher purpose, even if you did not understand it at the time. 

Remain steadfast in bringing love, forgiveness and gentleness to your sweet, precious self in that moment. 

Eventually, without even trying, you will notice that you can extend that love and compassion, that gentleness and forgiveness, to the other people who choreographed that drama with you.

J: So an easy assignment then!

S: Not easy, but simple. 

All of life is simple.

It is the expression of love in her many different forms. 

J: Yes, I really do get, after decades on the path, that it is truly all about love and expanding love in the tiny moments of our lives, as best we can.

S: Yes, as best you can.  There is no perfection.  There is compassionate dedication.

Sula: Your 5D power creates 3D change

J: ‘God Day’ to you too!  I have to confess, you took me entirely by surprise as, although I had felt your energy all week, we haven’t been formally ‘introduced’!

S: Indeed it is so!  I am Sula.

J: Wonderful to meet you!  I imagine you know I'm Jennifer!  Thank you for coming to share with us.  In fact, what would you like to share with us today?

S: Indeed, I have come to ask you to share! 

J: ..!

S: There is a reason you have sensed me this week, it is because you have – seemingly randomly – begun a new practice this week which has been 'inspired', if you will...  Would you share this with everyone, then they too may benefit from this expanded skill.

J:  Aha!  Well, I’d be honoured, if a little weary of talking about myself, as I view this as more about the wisdom that comes from you, rather than ‘me’ talking.

S: Wisdom is nothing if not applied, skills are nothing if not used, alchemy is nothing if not intended into reality.

J: Good point!  So… my son is nearly ten.  He isn’t a huge fan of school – lunch and his friends are the only two things he likes about school! – and he hasn’t had an easy time of it.  Let’s say that he has been on receiving end of unwanted attention and he didn’t really know how to deal with this. 

The school has now dealt with this, but that’s at the physical level.  I wanted to do something deeper, more transformational so that a deeper truth could emerge and be grounded.

In meditation, I had the idea to call upon the Ascended Masters, Angels and all beings of light who wished to assist in this process to work with me, as well as the guides and angels of the children in the class:

I first focused on my son and asked that the highest expression that his soul wished to manifest in this situation could come to the fore; I imagined this as a gentle, white light that grew inside him until it radiated outwards through his entire body and outwards.

I then repeated this with all the children in his class, asking that their souls’ highest vision for this school year was also brought to the fore, nourished and expanded by divine love. 

I asked that all the pain, wounds, trauma – personal, familial and ancestral – that they carried by these children are healed, and that the energies are transmuted back to divine perfection.

Initially, it looked as though each child in the class was a flickering candle, but as their wounds were healed, their purity was revealed, and their love expanded, they glowed in deep, bright harmony.  Their glow was steady, unified and amplified – like a symphony of light, where each shade brings forth its most beautiful expression. 

I imagined and asked that this process extend to the class teachers, that it expand out to all the classes and children in the school…. Then I asked that this process ‘go quantum’, that all students and educators become harmonised with their greatest, truest, highest expression.

I asked that this be done in line with the highest good of all, because the Divine, the Infinite Love, knows exactly what will serve every soul best.

Then I gave thanks!  I've been doing this each day to embed it as fully as possible.

S: Beautiful!  That is beautiful.  That is what we wished you to share.  It is possible for anyone to do this, in any situation, in any group or any institution. 

It is not only possible, it is your ability, your service, your seva, your newly expanding skill set.  

We are inviting you to create change across the planet, by starting with the challenge that stands immediately before you in your Now moment.

J: That is just so exciting.  We can use our problems, our pains, our challenges to create change and increase the light on the planet right now?!

S: Yes.  This is the alchemy you have brought with you although it has lain dormant for so long.  You are awakening, your skills and talents are emerging.  Arise dear souls, Arise!

J: I’m not sure about anyone else, but I am almost moved beyond words (a first some may say!). 

It’s a spiritual version of ‘Act Local, Think Global’!  And we have that power: amazing.
